Swedish Massage (relaxation)

Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health – creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. Best known for soothing tight muscles and boosting well-being, Swedish massage also offers a whole host of other health benefits, including:

  • easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins
  • improving blood circulation and blow flow throughout the body
  • helping to keep ligaments and tendons supple and improving range of motion
  • reducing emotional and physical stress
  • easing back pain and chronic pain

Chair Massage

A 15 or 30 minute chair massage is a great way to relax and recharge during a mid-day break.

Deep Tissue Massage (therapeutic)

Through the manipulations of the body’s soft tissue and muscles with deep pressure, therapeutic massage relieves muscle aches and pains. Therapeutic massage can help with the following conditions:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relaxation
  • Sleep problems
  • Stress reduction
  • Immune system function

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Craniosacral therapy may help relieve:

  • Chronic pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Migraines
  • Complex regional pain syndrome
  • Fascial adhesions
  • Post-concussion syndrome

Sports Therapy

Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups.
